Property Managament: When you have bought a property in Bulgaria you will need someone to take care of it while you are away. We can do that for you. The service includes regular check up of the property to make sure nothing is missing, garden maintenance (keeping the grass low) etc. The price depends on the distance of the property from Vidin and on what exactly you would like us to do.

Transfer of water and electricity accounts: When you buy a property you need to change the water and electricity accounts into your company’s name. We are familiar with the procedures and can do this for you. The fee is 100 euros.

Property insurance: It is always a good idea to insure your property. We work with one of the best insurance companies in Bulgaria and can fully assist you in this. The basic insurance covers:
• fire (including the consequences of extinguishing the fire);
• explosion of vessel under pressure;
• impact from motor vehicle or manned aerial device, or any parts or cargo falling there from.
• storm, hurricane;
• hail;
• flood;
• falling trees and branches;
• pressure from natural drifts of snow and ice;
• escape of water resulting from damage to pipes and drains, including if you forgot to turn off the taps;
• malicious damage of third parties (vandalism);
• impact from animal or motor vehicle, not belonging to the insured;
Against payment of additional premium the following risks can be covered as well:

           • Earthquake
